Flight of the Conchords (FOTC) consists of New Zealanders Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement. The two met at Victoria University, where they were studying film.
Their show revolves around the Flight of the Conchords as they try to achieve an American fan base in New York City. Throughout the show, their songs are interwined into the plot.
The Flight of the Conchords won a grammy in 2007 for Best Comedy Album, for their album, “The Distant Future.” Their second album, which they will release April 14, 2009, still has yet to be titled.
