Coldplay Tour

Since the release of Parachutes in 2000, Coldplay has exploded onto the alternative scene.  Now, after the release of their fourth album, Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends, Coldplay has embarked on another tour across Europe and North America.  Tickets for Coldplay are on sale now, but they are selling fast.  The Coldplay tour will complete its first leg – almost 30 concerts in North America in July and August – before heading to Europe in September.  Coldplay will be back in the states, however, in October and will finish their second U.S. jaunt in November in Cleveland, OH.  Then it’s back to the UK for the Coldplay tour, where they will play their last concerts in December. • Coldplay refuses to allow their music to be used for product endorsements.  They have turned down several multimillion dollar deals including ones with Gap, Gatorade, and Coca Cola. 
• Coldplay is a supporter of several charitable causes.  Most notably, Coldplay has supported Amnesty International and Oxfam International (an organization that works to find solutions to poverty and injustice). 
• Oxfam has even accompanied Coldplay on their Viva La Vida tour.
• Coldplay has done four major tours, including a U.S. club tour, the Twisted Logic Tour, the A Rush of Blood to the Head Tour, and the Viva La Vida Tour.
