Neil Young Tour

Facts about Neil Young and Neil Young Tours

• Young is currently collaborating with Sun Microsystems to produce a series of career music/video anthologies on Blu-Ray discs.  The first of the set highlights Neil Young’s early career and it should be available by late 2008.
• In 2006, Neil Young released an album of protest songs called, Living With War.  The controversial album was then followed up with a tour called the Freedom of Speech Tour with Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young.  
• Danny Whitten, who was the guitarist for Neil Young’s band, Crazy Horse, died in 1972 from a drug overdose.  This happened right around the time of Neil Young’s Harvest Tour.
