White Christmas Tickets

About Irving Berlin’s White Christmas and White Christmas Tickets

• Irving Berlin’s White Christmas musical is based on the 1954 movie of the same name.  The movie version of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas was the top-grossing film of 1954. (See above for White Christmas tickets for the musical).
• Irving Berlin had three daughters and one son with his second wife, Ellin Mackay.  Ironically, however, his son Irving Berlin Jr. died as an infant on Christmas day. 
• Irving Berlin wrote the song, “White Christmas,” in 1940 while sitting by the pool at an Arizona resort.  Originally, one verse in the song poked fun at a fictitious rich person from Los Angeles who longs for a traditional northern christmas.  That verse was later taken out, however.
• Irving Berlin’s White Christmas tickets have previously been in high demand in several cities. In fact, the musical has been a regional hit in many metropolitan areas including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Detroit, Toronto, Boston and St. Paul.
